Leave the water where it belongs and don't lug it home in your clothes :) The quick-dry fabric can't store much water and is therefore superior to a cotton shirt in water sports! You hardly have any weight and due to the quick drying, fewer bacteria and mustiness can develop.
In the summer without a wetsuit, the shirt is an excellent base layer against the headwind and you don't freeze so quickly through wet skin. You can also wear the functional shirt on the beach as a bathing shirt, for SUP or other sports, because the quick-drying Material is comfortable and airy_ Skin.
